When does Drop 01 ship?
Drop 01 is a presale. Founders Circle members get access 48 hours early, and orders ship when the drop goes live. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
What is the Founders Circle?

Are the formulas safe for younger / first-time routines?
Our formulas use clinical-percentage actives, so we built them to be approachable for a first real routine — but actives like acids and vitamin C still call for care. Patch-test before first use, introduce one product at a time, and always wear a broad-spectrum SPF during the day. If you have a skin condition or are unsure, check with a dermatologist first. Results vary, and this isn't medical advice.
Do I really need SPF with these?
Yes. Acids (in Prime Time Toner) and vitamin C (in Power Fix) can increase sun sensitivity, so daytime SPF isn't optional — it's part of the routine. Reapply through the day as directed on your sunscreen.
How do I use the full routine?
Cleanse twice daily with Clean Start. Tone with Prime Time 3x a week (PM). Treat with Power Fix in the AM, then always follow with SPF. Seal with Dew Guard in the PM. See each product page for full directions.
