Shipping & Returns.

Shipping
- Free shipping on orders $60+. Orders under $60 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.
- Drop 01 is a presale. Orders ship when the drop goes live — Founders Circle members are first in line.
- You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship within the United States. (Update this line with your real regions and carriers.)
Returns & exchanges
- 30 days. If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare may be handled differently than unopened items — see the Refund Policy for specifics.
- To start a return or exchange, email hello@savageskincare.com with your order number and what went wrong.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return. (Confirm these terms match your Shopify Refund Policy.)
