Shipping
- Nothing is for sale yet. Drop 01 hasn't launched — right now you can join the community for free to be first to know when it does. These policies apply once products go on sale.
- Community members ship free. When Drop 01 launches, everyone who joined early will get free shipping on their first order.
- After launch: general orders ship free over $60; orders under $60 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.
- You'll get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
- We currently ship within the United States. (Update this line with your real regions and carriers.)
Returns & exchanges
- 30 days. If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened skincare may be handled differently than unopened items — see the Refund Policy for specifics.
- To start a return or exchange, email hello@savageskincare.com with your order number and what went wrong.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return. (Confirm these terms match your Shopify Refund Policy.)
