These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of savageskincare.com and any purchase you make from Savage Skin ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Using this site

• You may browse and shop for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Savage Skin is intended for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Don't misuse the site — no attempting to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to it, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
• All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) belongs to Savage Skin and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Products, pricing & presale

• We try to describe our products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. If we find a pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and refund you.
• Colors and packaging shown on screen may vary slightly from the item you receive.
• The Lip Pod is currently offered as a preorder: your card is charged when you order, and the product ships on an estimated timeline (early 2027) rather than a guaranteed date. It is still in development and the final product may differ from the concept renders shown on this site. If the ship date moves or the product changes materially, we will email you and you may take a full refund. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships, for any reason. Full preorder terms are on our Shipping & Returns page. Our other products are not yet for sale.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order.

Orders & payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We don't store your full card details.

Product & skincare disclaimer

• Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
• Patch-test new products and stop use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin concern or condition, talk to a healthcare professional.
• Results vary from person to person.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Savage Skin is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. Please check back periodically.
